Admission for our 2 hour events that involve fundraising and independent coordinators will be $40 per activity participant.

[View the earnings table at the bottom of the page for details]: Attendance must be over 17 paid activity participants in order to see profitability toward your fundraiser or event coordinating efforts. Paid activity participants less than 17 may result in an event cancellation. Battle bot workshop takes a minimum of $680 as a fee per event. This comes to 17 paid activity participants at $40 per person.


How It Works:

  1. You select your date and choose the event space.

  2. We provide marketing support by designing promotional materials to attract participants. 

  3. You announce the event to your group and keep them updated. Start with friends, family and organizations you participate in. Social media is a great tool for spreading the word.

  4. You handle the RSVP and collect contributions.

  5. On event day, our team delivers an unforgettable 2-hour Battle Bot Workshop experience.

  6. You pay Battle Bot Workshop at the event—it’s that simple!


Earnings Table @$40 per Activity Participant

This table outlines the potential earnings for your event based on the number of activity participants. The profit structure ensures a fair distribution of funds, making it a great opportunity for non-profits, schools, youth organizations and independent coordinators looking to raise money. This table does not reflect the numbers you earn for concession sales. As the Fund Raiser or Event Coordinator, you will keep 100% of the proceeds from your concession sales. Remember, this would be in addition to the numbers earned for the Battle Bot Workshop activity BASED ON THE TABLE BELOW. You'll have 2 great opportunities to raise funds for your event and it doesn't cost you anything.
